ヒラリー夫人への手紙の原文です。

Dear Mrs. Hillary Clinton,

I look up to you, as a great American First Lady, and I respect you for your excellence and charm.

Now I would like to mention my new invention to you.

My new creation is a very superior photograph. The photograph is made from the metal plate of Titanium, using a special and refined process. The first and greatest merit of this new technique is to give the photograph an almost miraculous durability of between 1000 and 2000 years. As far as I am aware this is an innovation; a new step forward in photographic technology.

My idea is to use this new technique (which I am calling "Millennium Photo") to preserve photographic portraits of all the Presidents of the United States of America, and their wives. You yourself might have some ideas to offer me on this subject.

This new process will enable not only the citizens of the USA, but also other peoples of the world, to view these portraits for the next one or two millennia. The excellence of quality in the portraits will not diminish in the slightest over the time that I have specified.

Although the process of making these photographs can be complex and costly, it would give me pleasure to present these photographs to the White House as a gift to the people of the United States of America.

I ask your opinion, as the First Lady, on this concept. Because this project is only an idea in its early stages, I remain flexible and open to any suggestions you might have.

I look forward to your friendly and cheerful response.
