Super Fine Sand-blast
This technique uses Blast-seal.
Blast-seal is a high-density and high-quality masking materials.
When blasting very fine sands and making a picture, I use Blast-seal.
Blast-seal is also used extensively by Japanese semiconductor makers
who set a high value on this miraculous performance.
Blast-seal has the added attraction of being inexpensive.
Special merits of Blast-seal
The old technique used stainless steel mask.
Blast-seal mask as a new technique has high-accuracy.
It makes less space between the circular silicon chip which allows more
silicon chips per wafer.
Blast-seal is melted by organic solvents.
After blasting, the processing wafer is merged into the solvent,
and each chip stay quietly in the solvent.
The chips are kept clean.
Damaged chips are minimized.
Blast-seal is utilized in photographic technique.
It can be used to make any size chip quickly and cheaply.
This is a fine new technology.
